From Cerklje we drive towards Krvavec cable railway. A steep road branches to right after Grad village. We orient on it and follow it to village Ambrož pod Krvavcem. We keep driving towards Krvavec. A car track branches straight at a first sharp left turn. We park here.

We start at the car and we direct on a car track which is gone in 10 minutes. At first we follow beaten but well marked footpath over an exposed slope. We can mova away from this slope if we go on the left road at the end of the car track which later joins this road. Path then leaves grassy slopes and goes into a forest. The whole path and above all path through a forest is dropping and brings us to Osredki mountain pasture after 45 minutes walking from the car. Some pastoral houses are standing here. Here the path from Slevo village joins us. We continue left and after a short rise come to another crossroads where we orient to right. A walk in sober rise towards Kamniški vrh top follows. This part of the way is going on a north slope through a forest. After 30 minutes of walking from the mountain pasture the path brings us between Planjava and Kamniški vrh. Here a view towards South opens We continue left on a ridge path and reach the top in couple of minutes.
