In Škofja loka we direct on a road going towards Gorenja vas. This is to the left from the side of Ljubljana and to right from direction of Železniki. Soon a road towards Breznica and Gabrovo branches after Škofja Loka in village Podpulfrca. Road then rises and brings us to a crossroads later. A road to Gabrovo branches to sharp right . Then we drive to villyge Gabrovo and we turn left after it where we park on a appropriate place.

We continue on the road with marks Lubnik. A foothpath branches to right from the road after 200 metres of walking. We orient on the way which leads us towards Lubnik in sober gradient. It leads us on a great number of little paths. Follow the marks and you wont miss. Path then joins a car track coming from Breznica (a little higher). Path is very wide from now on and is still rising through the forest. A path going from Podlubnik joins us from the right just a little under the top. We have only a couple of minutes of walking from here to the top. A beautiful view to near and far environs opens on the top.
