We drive from Škofja Loka towards Gorenja vas where we come to a crossroads and turn right towards Žiri. Soon a road towards Hotavlje branches to right (at restaurant). After couple of metres of driving we can see a church on the left side which is reachable with the road turning left across a bridge. Indicators for Slajka and Ermanovec are in the crossroads. We park on a small parking lot between a church and a brook. Do not park on the backyard!

From the church continue on the left side of the river (right bank) up to the bridge. Next is focusing on a steep road, which climbs remain on the left side of the river. Cesta us after ten minutes walk leads to the intersection where focusing on the right road. The road soon leaves still zadnjo house in the village and soon after made a sharp left turn. The road then crosses the Slajko foot path and brought us through to the next junction. Proceed on the left of the road, which will soon lead us in the forest on the vast meadows. The road then leads us past the farm and her vzpne two curves. Soon we get to the ridge between Špikom and Osojnico. Here turn left and follow the road for about 15 minutes to the town where they connect the road from the village of asfaltirani Trebija. Proceed right and slightly vzpenjamo partly through the village and meadows, partly through the woods. The road then leads us in the crossing in the chapel. Here are focusing right towards cottage (top left Ermanovca 15 minutes) and after ten minutes of walking to get to the huts Ermanovcu.
