We drive from Škofja Loka towards Železniki and continue driving on the road towards Podbrdo and Soriška planina. A road towards Cerkno ski-slope and village Davča branches to left just a bit before village Zali log. We direct on this road which crosses a bridge and keep rising up by river Davča. We soon come to a crossroads where we orient to right in direction of ski-slope and Davče. Road is still rising up by the river and after some time brings us to a crossroads where we continue driving straight forward in direction of Porezna (left ski-slope). We keep driving upwards the river but only to the point where we come across to great amount of signposts. We orient to sharp right in direction of Porezna. A left turn follows where two roads branch to right. Asphalt end soon behind the turn. The road brings us to the next crossroads at a chapel. We continue driving on the right road (much better) and park on one of smallest parking lots by the road.

The parking lots continue on the road, which gradually changed to kolovoz. The path crosses seamlessly hunting cabin, which is hidden in the woods and begins a moderate climb through the woods. Whereas a few kolovoz razpotij carefully monitor the markings, which lead to Porezen.
