Great Zavizan is one of the four summits in the national park north Velebit, which have the same height and can be proud of with the highest point of the park. The summit, which rises east of the Adriatic coast and south of the botanical garden northern Velebit is a lovely view of the Kvarner and the greater part of a mountain in the northern part of Velebit.
